Coastal Therapeutic Alliance

is a telehealth based, remote service, providing clinical therapy in order to help individuals improve their emotional regulation, social functioning, and behavioral management. Coastal Therapeutic Alliance is currently only providing remote services, but will explore and possibly offer in-person services in the future. Some of the benefits of remote therapy include increased accessibility, improved privacy, personal convenience, and evidence suggests it can be just as effective as in-person therapy.
